Partial Fill Cavity Wall Insulation

Was your home built with some insulation in the walls?

We are able to provide up to 100%* grant funding for partial fill cavity walls.

Insulating the empty space in these walls will provide savings on your fuel bills, up to £160* per year, helping you to keep warmer for less in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Through the new ECO grant programme we are able to access funding to cover up to 100%* of the cost of works.

When your home was constructed the existing built-in insulation in the cavity needs to be one of the following:

  • Mineral wool (MW) batts
  • Expanded polystyrene (EPS) boards
  • Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards
  • Foil-faced polyisocyanurate (PIR), polyurethane (PUR) or phenolic (PF) boards
  • Concrete building blocks incorporating a layer of EPS, XPS, PUR, PIR or PF insulation (faced or unfaced)

The empty area of the cavity needs to be a minimum of 40mm to allow insulation to be completed. Our experienced technicians use a material accredited by the BBA specifically for this type of property.
